Muge Karslioglu, Senior Vice President - Business Development  
Ms. Muge Karslioglu has been with TSG since 2003. Her extensive background includes 20 years of experience in management, tourism and logistical services, including 7 years experience in the Government Contracting arena. Ms. Karslioglu continues to play a key role in the development of strategic domestic and international business alliances with emphasis on expanding a business presence in Iraq and Afghanistan. Under Ms. Karslioglu’s dynamic direction and creative vision, TSG has expanded into a recognized global, multi-disciplinary service provider with offices in many locations. Following the arrival of the Coalition Forces in Iraq in 2003, Ms. Karslioglu spearheaded the business development effort by providing leadership and expertise, which enabled TSG to become a major logistics provider upon the re-entry. TSG was awarded contracts by various government agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, JCCI (Joint Contracting Command Iraq), U.S. Navy and U.S. Department of State. Projects proposed and awarded through Ms. Karslioglu’s efforts, which are representative of TSG's support of US Government initiatives in the Middle East include; CIVPOL Iraq Program Task Orders (base camp construction, management and logistical support), Services Support for OPLATS (off-shore oil terminals for the Air Force), Construction/Renovation of Embassy site in Baghdad (DoS), Worldwide Linguist Support and Administrative Oversight to Government approval authority. Ms Karslioglu’s creative solutions, innovative leadership and knowledgeable insight have contributed to opportunities for local economic re-birth. Some of those initiatives include Business Centers in Kirkuk and Baghdad, Travel Management Services and Generic Training Programs. Although a native of New York, Ms. Karslioglu has resided in Washington, DC for the past 28 years. Following graduation from George Mason University, where Ms. Karslioglu earned her BA Degree in International Relations, she organized and operated her own tourism company.  In addition to winning numerous awards, including "Outstanding Fundraiser" from Best Buddies, and "Outstanding Achievement Award and Outstanding Service in the Diplomatic Community" from the American Turkish Council, Ms. Karslioglu has been featured on CNN, and written about in the Washington Post, as well as Travel Agent magazine.  She was also nominated as "Business Woman of the Year, 2000" by the Leukemia Foundation. Since 2007, Ms. Karslioglu has represented The Sandi Group as a Board Member for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) in Washington, DC.
